Okay, so i fixed the bugs in the script. Well, i'm pretty sure I did. Changed a bit of the mission briefing and added more to the terrain like suggested. Feedback would be nice. Thanks.

I can see right away from looking at the triggers that it still needs work.
Why aren't you using Transmissions? Use those instead of the Display Text and Talking Portrait triggers. Also add sounds. Even if the units don't have sounds when they speak, having background music or even little sounds hear and there make a map much more enjoyable.
Also, the story. In actual Starcraft canon, I don't think the Zerg ever invade Earth, and your briefing mentions it like its something we should all know. Try inserting a narrative or something before the mission briefing begins so we know why this story is taking place.

Hmmm...I guess I could do that. It's just...really long. I was gonna include it with the full campaign as a ".doc" file that has a short history explaining ht ebackstory up until the first mission. That way if people don't wanna read it they don't have to. But I guess I could put it in the briefing. Also, what do you mean by "little sounds"...cause the only sounds I can think of are SC sounds and I don't have those on file and don't know how to get 'em.

You don't have to have a whole story in there, just a paragraph or two to give people an overview of what's going on.
The sounds can be anything, an alarm or a beeping when the Zerg base is exposed for example. There are tons of websites that have free .wavs you can browse.

^They've also included a nullsound.wav in some maps...or you can probably download it somewhere.
It appears to be a sound that doesn't play anything... I.E: Something to put in that transmission 'play .WAV' space, that doesn't do anything.

Thanks, guys. You've been a lot of help. If there's anything else you can think of that owuld make the map more enjoyable, let me know. This is the first time I've tried creating a map form scratch, so all the feedback i can get is appreciated.

Hmm... I see the trigger mentioning "We've Been Hit really bad here." or whatever. Add a "!" to the end rather than a period, better "emotion".
Also, whenever you display the city (I've just look the map over, not played it), it appears that whenever they say that their base is completely fine O.o. Maybe have a few burning buildings with an endless wave of Zerg rushing (like only 2 or something that the small town could handle) to make things seem a little more "urgent".
Good luck with your first map ^.^. Just don't make any crappy RPGs that you just run around + kill stuff ;).

Btw, you don't need the sound utility when you use the SC Free Sounds (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=16586).
That program allows ya to add sounds directly from the game archive files (aka *.mpq format) and thus keeping your map size smaller. ;)
Btw, I'm sure you can do the same if you're using SCMDraft 2 in it's trigger editing plugins, although it's far easier to do with the Classic one. The other - the 'old' TrigEdit - involves you knowing the full path to that sound inside the *.mpq and then making it by text amidst your triggering.
Anyway, good luck with your map and feel free to ask more doubts 'round here... if ya have'em. :)

About the burning buildings thing, yeah, I thought it looked fine at first too. But I guess in the editor it doesn't show the buildings burning. When you play it it does. When you reach the town, one of the civilians tells you that all of thier armed forces were killed. So, have zerglings come in wouldn't be a very good idea. But I do appreaciate the help. And I'll be sure to ask if I have any more questions. You guys have already been so helpful. I do have to admit that I'm going to have to put this on hold for a while. Cause I'm also a filmmaker by hobby and I have a huge feature length production coming up in a couple of weeks. This campaign is just a side project I'm doing in my free time. Filmmaking comes first... :D But when that's done, I'll hop right back onto this campaign.
