We've updated the old multiquote button to fit in with the other buttons found on the postbit. You will also notice we've changed the way selected posts for multiquoting display.
We're just wondering if you think the highlighted multiquote button is obvious enough? Personally I think it is, but I'd like to hear your input, too.
Edit: You may need to refresh this page to clear your cache of the old button, before someone tells me it hasn't changed...
Here's another question --
the current uploaded image uses a blue outline that Schwitz and I are having a tough time deciding if its obvious enough or not that it has been selected. It looks like this:

The other option is a darker color that fits the theme less, ala:

What do you think?

Hot pink is more noticeable, but I prefer the blue.

Stick with the blue. I think it is definitely noticable enough.

To be honest, I preferred the old multiquote button, in the bottom right hand corner of the post. Wasn't it a check back then?
Yes it was, and no it ain't coming back -- sorry. =]
It was a hack then, so it utilized a whole different command set. It's easier to just operate within the parameters of how vB is designed to work, especially when it comes to input functions.

I like the blue a lot. I think it's fine.

If the old (check box) one ain't coming back, although prefered it, then have the blue one... just 'because it's fits the WB's theme better. ;) On the other hand, to make it stand out a tad more perhaps the pink wasn't a bad idea (that or another strong, out of the ordinary color - an orange, for instance). *Confused (about colour usage)*

Looks great. Dont change it :P
Maybe make it randomly display either blue or pink?
And, GIF? What the? Why not PNG? I have a junky internet connection and I sure don't mind.
[edit] Actually, on a second thought, a blur only happens on JPG... so is it intentional?
hmm...the blue one looks better..pink ain't gonna match with the curent template :)

I confess... the pink was originally intended as a joke, but upon reflection wasn't as blatently horrible as I'd originally hoped ;)
Ok, the pink was a joke. :shiftyr: Before I read your post, though, I thought it was real. In any case, blue is my favourite colour. But I could live with pink regardless.
On a side note, there are so many options for colours for fonts. However they very rarely get used. What a waste. But don't get rid of them! :)

Hell, I suspected another prank... but just decided to stand quiet 'bout it. *Confirms suspicions* :)

The pink was originally drawn as a joke... at the stage when we made this thread, we were seriously considering using it as the colour...

Wow. Just figured out how to use multiquote. Very cool. Likewise, I am now degrees cooler.

*Is a bit slow and doesn't get it, but high fives anyway.*
I personally think that the multiquote button should turn into a gif of AJ or Scwitzer hula-hooping while Fenguin eats a newbie flavoured candy bar to indicate the quote is active.
Failing that, yeah, blue's fine.

I think we should have an entire layout that is all pink and green and blue and and white and yellow. :) I'll get to work on that right away.

We'll call it the "Hammocksleeper theme".
