help with wininet.dll

for some reason my computer couldnt find wininet.dll. something like this

ERROR
jusched.exe could not be run because WININET.dll could not be found, try re-installing the application and try again

AND I REALLY NEED THAT FILE, i got another copy in a .dll site(or something) and I it said to extract it in the system directory, what the hecl???????? i need help pls

Zerg eater, after a thorough in depth analysis of your past problems, I have come to the only possible conclusion that your computer is suffering from a very serious "Eye dee ten tee" error. There is no hope, and you should give up right now.

But on a more serious note, the process jusched.exe is related to java runtime updates (or something to that extent) and is not a vital system process (to my knowledge) and therefore it's really not that big of a deal. Have you checked www.windowsupdate.com recently?
