Hello there!

I'm having a real issue with finding a link on blizzard.com / battle.net to the patch/whatever files they used in 2003 when they launched the IInd and IIIrd acts for the bonus campaing - the Orc...

Can anyone please help me? I might just be a rookie, but not even with Google I couldn't find a consistent URL...

Thanks in advance,
BlackDoom

Log onto Bnet and it will automatically dl the latest patch and u will have the bonus campaigns, or just go to blizzard and dl the latest patch there.

Thanks a lot, guys!

I am not a W3 addict, but the "To be continued" left me just like Hannibal left that FBI agent - with the skull wide open :). It was painful for me... I was honestly eager to get to the next quest when I get to the point where Rexxar must leave...

I finally reached this URL : The 1.20e universal patch (http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=mwr0744p#universal)

Thanks again!

BTW... I guess that I'm just not good on skirmish games... Somehow, the AI always finishes me... That's probably because I use in skirmish the same strategy as in campaing... Keep my upkeep to None untill I harvest all the gold I can, then pump in units, then start to fool around. I guess that the AI doesn't do that...

I suppose I "fell in love" with the RPG elements in W3. Can anyone tell me how exactly do the items are kept to the next act? If I leave some items (like the Shaman Claws or Killmaim) on Rexxar, will them still be in his inventory in the next act?

That would be it!
Once more, thanks a lot!

That trick is accomplished by a trigger which caches all your belongings in a temporary memory that WC3-TFT has. :)

And all the items carried by Rexxar, any of his party elements that go each level with him (i.e., heroes) and also by the stash cage/vault will endure to the next mission. And even in some cases I was able to cheat some items from level to level by goin' back to fetch'em, but not all allow to pull that I must warn ya. ;)

The thing with coming and going back and forth between Durotar and other levels is an old fact. I got this way the Scepter of The Sea (unique consumable), having the same features like the Circlet of Nobility, just worthing more gold and allowing the user to summon 2 Murlocks for 3/5 times.

That's a nice thing that all the items in Rexxar's and the other Hero's inventories are kept in the future acts.

I can't play yet the IInd and IIIrd acts, so I installed NeverWinter Nights...
RPG got me after all... When I think the I started with EA's Command & Conquer - Tiberian Sun... :)
