I don't really see the clear difference between cheats and hacks, but w/e.
The only thing that comes close to it is a mini-map hack, and a name spoofer i used.
I got banned for using the spoofer, and not the map hack for some reason.

No, never. I recommend that people who use hacks/cheat in multiplayer get their CD key banned forever.

i only use them in single player....when i test maps...or when i cant pass something on an rpg map :P

Eh, I assume that using cheats is for single mode only. ;) That, since cheats in multi player mode always involve some sort of previous hacking. :P

Nope. Not 1 or the other. I have used cheats in the PAST, but not anymore. I cleaned myself up. :P

lol this thread is funny, i have used cheats in single player, but i have not used a hack and i do not want to, mainly because i paid for the game and i want to continue to play it on legit Bnet ;)

Hacks are for people that dont have enough skill to win on their own, so they have to use a crutch to get them through a game.

Well said. It's especially annoying in custom games when I get disc hacked when I'm winning. Lighten up noobs, it's ok to lose once in a while.... :shiftyl:

To each is own. If they want to play DotA, let'em. But I do know that some AoS (http://www.battle.net/mod/halloffame.shtml) are far better (balancing wise, for instance) than the most known versions - the AllStars ones. ;)

And ain't saying that we all should play DotA, but that we are free to choose what pleases us most. Personally, I prefer normal game play but once in a while a UMS or even an AoS is welcome, since I don't have that may time to play online with others. :(

I wouldnt say that DotA is for people with low skill, its holding TFT's head above the water atm.

im "noob" to this game and i dont know of any cheats to use or hacks so nope i dont use hacks or cheats and to be honest it hasnt really interested me to use any cheats i just like advice on how the games work :P
