Also, data and formatting on the building sections for the other two races really needs some improvement...

Heh, yeah for the content that I've put up myself, which is all the tutorial sections, the game info sections and all of the downloads, those sections I know like the back of my hand, because as you can imagine, putting those sections up was actually really long and boring for me, and it's hard to forget that. So, a to do list isn't necessary, what is helpful is if you want to write stuff for the sections, or if you notify us of stuff that goes on in the map/mods/fanfiction/strategies/fan art sections.
