meh. Not really big on anime. I've enjoyed watching FLCL, FMA, etc.. in the past, but I'm not to huge a fan. Things like Paranoia Agent, and GitS though I really like.

I'm much more into Anime Movies, Steam Boy, Akira (haha), etc...

American cartoons though:

Justice League (Unlimited)
Batman/Superman (the latest series) The newest batman series never really got my attention, I liked the older series better.
Batman Beyond was such an interesting series, I really loved the newer spin on the Batman universe. Same with Static Shock, it was cool to see a new angle on the "same" universe.

Uhm... lets see... not really a cartoon, but Robot Chicken is hilarious. Don't like minoriteam/Aqua Teen Hungerforce though. Or 12oz mouse (what the fuck are they smoking?) Gotten into Bookdocks though, its pretty interesting. Though they seem to say "nigga" every other sentence.

Oh, and Xmen. Barring the 70s series (I'm not that old) I've collected Xmen from Fox, and Xmen Evolution from Cartoon Network, I love both shows, though wish that Xmen Evolution would continue production, hehe.

Why not teen titans? Well I do kind of like the show, its interesting, and its got links to JLU/Batman/Superman/Static Shock it just seems like they are attempting to "animerize it" to much.

EDIT: Zim. Can't forget Zim. Talk about a series that needs to be picked up by Cartoon Network. That show got fucking twisted later on. Sure I'm missing a few, oh well.

Looney Tunes by far is one of my most favorite english cartoons. X-men and Spiderman from the early ninties were great, as was the Batman cartoon which were on Fox all the time.

I liked freakazoid and thunder cats, and speaking of batman there was this old bat man cartoon on cartoon network that was really cool. But that was before CN turned into the anime whore capitol of the world.

Favourite anime cartoon? Digimon, it's one of the few I ever watched. So, why is this kids' program my favourite anime so far? Two reasons.

1) WarGreymon
2) any variation on Kabuterimon.

I've watched 'Blood' though. That was pretty good, despite the lack of WarGreymon.

Idiotic? Definitely.

Sick? Definitely.

Racist? Probably.

Funny as hell? Yeah...

IMO family guy can afford to be all of the above, because as you can obviously see it's not what you would call a 'serious' cartoon. If they take a hack at jews for example, I for one don't expect the guys that made the episode to be antisemitic. It's all in the name of comedy.

BTW, South Park is a lot worse than FG, prolly funnier too :P

lol, nice comparison. No, what I mean is that a surprising amount of women (not all of them) idolise Paris because she is a rich layabout that doesn't do anything but party and acts like a slut.
