Actually we don't have any explicit rules against "l33t" or other variations of typing, but you should be aware you will probably (inappropriately) get the shit flamed out of you if you continue to type with random letters being capitalized.

Many Variable Uses

For Strings that you repeat in a trigger so you don't have to type that same string over and over.
Shortening triggersI used this site when i was a noob.
