every time i try to use starcraft online so i can go against other people it says i have a 'disfunctunal product key' or something like that what should i do?

That is not so strange if you have an illegal copy, just buy the game...

A "disfunctunal product key" makes it seem like it was working at one point, maybe you could try emailing Blizzards tech support and ask them about it.

You could also try re-installing starcraft, but I doubt that's the problem.

Perhaps his CD key got banned?ceaser doesn't seem like the one to get himself banned

but its the one you told me to use and it did install it. BTW i upgraded and now it says it was for the wrong product, instead of disfunctional, and it says to reinstall it with the right product key. thanks for the help, for those who did. i guess i just won't be able to go head to head online.

"Incorrect Product" = bad key. Sorry, but you're out of luck on this one.

Yes, the 1234567890123 product key is, technically, not a real product key. It lets you play in single player mode, but you cannot log in to battle.net with it. To get on to battle.net you will need to completely uninstall the game then re-install it with a valid product key that isnt 1234567890123.
