MPQ compactor help

I'm making my first mod, and I get an error when I drag the folder onto MPQCompactor.jse:

It seems to me a file is missing from something... what does it mean and how can I fix it?

i think you need to download window visuals 4.0... i think

No, just try opening WinMPQ first.

I saw a different thread and it said to put it into the winMPQ folder, so I did that and now it works.
