it was originally done on pepsi, so it's not a 'coke bomb' :p

Yeah, it's originally pepsi and mento's. I'm actually taking back a 2L bottle of Pepsi and a pack of mentos with me to camp to try it out. Should be fun xD.

I did it once. Unless your outside, don't.
THey use diet coke becuase its less sticky. what wsould be really cool duck tape like 5 bottles together and do the string thing and dro it down my some ones windows. Way to get back at them. esspiaclly if there open :P

i just coated a glass with oil and poured soda in it. no fizz, at all. pretty neat.

And the wait till some one opens the soda. The pressure will cuase the bottle to explode in you hands. So unless you like getting plastic impaled into you I wouldn'treccomend it. Esspuically if you don't have insurance

wouldnt a .5L pepsi bottle be somewhat safe? at least here those bottles are quite sturdy.

Just drop the mentos in and chuck it. Then if it explodes you won't get hurt.

well thereaction is almost instant so unless your like the flash that won't work. Notto mention all the plastic that will fly around.

I love this video! I saw it before, and I tried it. For the highest gyser, make a quarter of an inch hole in the cap. It'll be 20 ft high. and if you feel realy mean, make holes around the top. everything within 20 feet will have a brand new coke coating!

You could arrange to drop the mentos in only mere moments before your friend kicks it into the stratosphere... Then it would be like fireworks or something. Cokeworks maybe.

hehehe feel a big water fountain barrel with coke and due the cap thnig. Then tie it to a wagon and pull the top to cuase the wagon to go flying sokeing vrerythiung behind it. Funny to do near a pool.

What if you were to fill a glass bottle thing with soda, drop a few mints, and close the top really tight? Would the glass shatter every where?
depends on the glass ans how many mints but chances are you just made a shrapnal bomb. Oh scary....

actually it's been all but decided that U-235 is what they use. I thought it was U-238 but oh well. Still goes well with starcraft.
