I have a pretty good idea for a new game. You all have probably played evolves before. I hate when people just sit back and watch, sure they normally lose but it takes something from the game. My idea is very similar to evolves. Alright, you start out with 4 or 5 Zerglings. Each time one of your people dies you get a new one. You go through stages getting new units and you need X kills to win. I know how to use the map editor decently im not the best. I am absolutly horrible at making the terrian. I was wondering is some would like to help me with that. ;) Oh.... and it will need a mass attack for the late game when each player has a number of units.

Each time one of your people dies you get a new one.
This defeats the entire purpose.

LOL im sorry about that. Each time one of your monsters die you get 2 in return. It will force every player in the game to engage in combat. :banana:

Your not getting it. It is like evolves, but its not a bunker war. You win with kills. You see there will always be units to kill, so the first person to X kills will win.

well, large enought for at least 6 players. I guess it should probably be open, with the mass either on the sides or in the middle. Thats all i cant really think of you can do what you want from there. I know how to do the triggers unless you want to, but if not iwill. :banana: I really like that banana.

Tileset? ISOM or square? Large or small bases? Lemon or lime?

Well have it either Jungle or Space Platform you call. I Probably a Larger square. Bases??? im not sure if we will need any. Maybe some upgrade buildings but maket them invincible or put them somewhere you cant attack them Lemon or Lime....... add a little of both.

Well, that's the thing, since the forums are shared, they can.

Anyway, it reminds me of the ORG network's primary goal. We're a community website. Although... organisation kinda goes out the window. We'll get 500 of these per day soon...

I concur. Let's get a passworded area to a forum... That would be mighty nice. Also, have a mass PM to everyone in the group... That way if the password needs changed, we have it...

And to stay on topic, I like the idea. It's different, and new. I mean, I have heard of good and bad ideas for maps of massing and such, and this is one of the better ones. The only hard part, is when units spawn, are they going to come from an air unit, ground unit, or are they just going to spawn in a remote area? Lastly, do you ever have level ups? Because if so, that will mean you add trigger switches. I mean, you could do without, but I see switches in there if you have new units... Oh well...

Srry i couldnt poost in a while, my internets went down. I started on the map, im about half way down, the units spawn from a Science Vessel, and yes there are upgrades.

Please, try and act like any normal member would. Using insidious tricks like this to get the attention of people is a bad tactic.
