I wouldn't call Water/Ice "weak"

Well, if you put it that way, it gets ownage. But what I'm saying is that I usually give the Water/Ice combo to one of the three mains, usually Swampert.

Cause Water weakness is mostly plant types, and ice pwns them. Ice also pwns flying, dragon, which is nice, cause you don't have ice-type weakness, like fire.

My way of training is usually 1 superkickass Pokemon always water type having

-Strength/normal attack
-Ice type attack (Usually Ice Beam or Blizzard :p)
-Surf
-Super good attack, or a supercool water attack.

then I augment the rest of my team later with legendary pokemon, which are usually 40+.
