All you people out there who know how to make 10 min. long movie maps, you will most likely be able to help me. Actually, anyone who knows maps better than me will be able to help me. See, I'm having problems with a cutscene in my campiagn I'm making(refer back the main SC forum were someone asked what was the most likely thing to stop you from completing a map.) Here is the map, just look through it and you will probably get what I'm doing. But just in case: I'm trying to make two people, the main character and Jim Raynor, get in a conversation that ends with a large amount of pumped up Mutalisks, Guardians, and Devourers attacking and destroying their base.

That was a pretty interesting problem. I believe the reason you are receiving the "too many Zerg Air Units" errors is because, apparently, only 25 mutalisks, guardians, and devs may exist in a location at once (as far as triggers are concerned, and that's 25 total of those three types, not 25 separately for 75 combined). I tried making 26 mutas in a location, and it refused to make the last one. I also tried having it make 25 mutas, and then 5 more mutas right after. 5 errors.

This does not apply to all air units. You can make lots more wraiths and scourges, and I'm sure many others. Does SC put a cap on individual units being made in a location, regardless of that location's size? It's something to investigate...

Therefore, to solve your problem, just drop the amount of mutalisks, guardians, and devs being made down to 25. If you must have the extra 5, then create a few new locations and make them there.

Location size does not effect number of possible units ;). Most people don't know this for some odd reason... SC Throws out the cap depending on the units. Carriers create a nice little formation. 13 max.

That was one of my main problems, and I thank you for helping me with it, but I can't seem to get them to talk. Every time I load the map, only one character speaks, and itsa really annoying. But that muta problem was a big issue too. Thank you guys for helping me out there.

You mean you want like a different marine to speak rather than the same one, as in:

Joe and Jim are both marines and are standing at X

Joe: Sup
Jim: Sup
Joe: *Pull out gun*
Jim: Um...
Joe: *Pulls hammer back*
Jim: Put that hammer back!
Joe: I think that qualifies as suicide *pulls trigger*
Joe: There, just like you asked

If you only want to use one location you can just switch ownership of the unit right before it select who will execute the speech. For best results give it to player 12. This is all of course if I have the right idea of what your problem is.

Ah ha, your problem is that the goliath is also supposed to be saying stuff?

To fix your problem, change it from "Elapsed Scenario time is exactly X game seconds" to "Elapsed Scenario Time is at least X game seconds". I think the game had too much going on and was missing its 1 second window of opportunity. However, your text timing will get out of whack, so you'll have to do some tweaking to fix it.

However, I think it would be easier on you if just lumped all of your talking, then the battle, then the "we're screwed!" chat all into one trigger.

Actually, the Hyperion was supposed to talk first, then the Ghost, then the Science Vessel, then the Ghost again. Soon after, the Zerg Swarm attacked and as soon as one got near the Ghost, he would yell out the "we're screwed!" part.
I'll go test that, and post my results. I hope you're right, as if you are this will be a whole lot less complicated.

EDIT: It works! W00t! I actually made a working cutscene. All thanks to all of you that helped!

Congrats! With all of the modding questions I was feeling so useless.
