Since some of you can't see BlizzForums anymore, AxL was kind enough to inform us that the UT 2k4 Demo has been released.

They brought the Sniper Rifle back! :D

Thank gawd; the sniper rifle is sooo much better than that "lightening gun" thing. Ah, the memories... at one stage I could walk around popping heads off at quite a distance without even zooming... fun fun.

So what's the go? Are they going to milk this for all it's worth and release one every year?!

Just go to Fileshack Ya you have to wait unless you pay, but I get better speeds then File planet. I’m in line right now I tell what I think in about an hour or so :)

I’m stupid. I decided to watch a Warcraft 3 replay while I was waiting, it said I had about an hour or something so I watch it then I come back I see it telling me I missed my download,. I’m so annoyed right now, lol. So I have to wait again :(

I'm sure any sniper will be better then a lightning gun. I hated that thing, and even though it had a zoom, it was only really usefull on one level (the one with the two towers on each side, one for each team, and you had to cross, go behind their base and like drop down a pipe to get to their flag. Forgot the level's name). Anyway, I was particularily disapointed in it, didn't really come to be what all the hype said it was like (then again, others could like it), but that usually happens to most things. Oh well.

mmmmmmm, this demo is sweet, so fun, I crapped myself when I heard about it. Alot of things im dissappointed about though, the buddies list won't work, and they don't have a filter system!!!!! I wish they could have gotten at least those 2 into the demo, its so hard to find a friggin server thats not full or passworded.
