HTML//CSS Alignment Problem

my sister is having problems putting a backround on her site. it wont align correctly. its either all on the left or all on the right not straight down the middle.

edit: sry that part might confuse you... it means look at the very top or very bottom and see where it start and moves over to un align it? same at bottom? thats what needs fixed.

The other day when I looked I saw what you meant, but didn't have time to make a post. But now I don't see the problem anymore. Did you get it fixed the way you wanted?
