Is it possible to get my old regular Guild Wars characters to the new Canthea continent?

I know from factions->vanilla you just have to talk to someone who gives you a quest (contains talking to two other guys... very difficult xD) probably something similiar is set up for van->factions.... just ask somebody in LA or hit every NPC there.
