The Ceiling of the citadels council hall stretched several stories high. The Large hall was supported by a system of widely spaced pillars. Each pillar with its own unique Gargoyle at the top, the stone beasts digging their claws into the pillars while blood spilled down the pillar from each of the embedded claws. The pillars obviously were not actually bleeding but had been constructed to pump blood from a central vat to these pillars and get recollected at the base. Prexis was quite proud of his gory decorative sense as such fixtures existed throughout the citadel.
Buried deep beneath Yekaterinburg Russia, the citadel of Nethra had been a base of operations for Prexis since it's construction long before the wars of modern man. Named after One of the first Generals to command in the Legion of the Creator of Darkness, Nethra was the first known Soulweaver.
At the centre of the Council Hall was a massive Black marble table, elaborate draconic sculptures, done in guilded bronze adorned the tables, The centerpiece was a holo emmiter decorated as several drakes with marbles in their clawed hands. The emmiter still worked like most of the technology within the complex.
Advanced defense systems, communication systems and the variety of Holo emmiters through this command base were all in prime working condition. However, with most of the field Technology now lost much of the communication systems were useless and the command stations littered with older mobile technology to work with the older field equipment. Most of the Higher tech was used within the complex, and a few High command officers outside in major hubs throughout the world.
