View Full Version : Ghost Rider - The Feature Length Motion Picture that looks like it's gonna kick ass!

I hate trailers, because they can be so very misleading. And the worst part is, I fall for it so often. Aside from Nick Cage looking a bit...odd, the movie looks amazing. The CGI was well utilized in the preview. Of course, being a biker myself, I already have an interest to see the movie for the 2 wheel action. :)

Weee, looks good, but all superhero movies look good to me at first :/. I think this one will turn out like The Punisher - good movie, but not well celebrated due to lack of popularity of the comic series.
Anyway, as you said Nick Cage looks really bizarre. He looks incredibly young in this movie for his age.

Ehmm... it doesn't look very good to me. They're making too many superhero movies nowadays I think.

Looks kinda interesting. I suppose theres nothing else to watch until Hollywood gets out of its 'oh lets make every comic into a movie' phase. Not that thats bad or anything.

That looks awesome. <3 flaming chains.
It will be very good or very bad. The problem is, it won't get as much attention as recent films *cough* x-men *cough*
That and it may not have the same support, so turn out like DareDevil (not really very well publicised) or Fantastic Four.
Please, never again Stan.

It's hard to tell from the trailer, but the animation doesn't look that great. Though this might just be part of the whole comic book effect. I'll go see it just because of Nicholas Cage; right there it has at least a 50% chance of being good.

Personally, I thought that this looked like the dumbest movie coming out. The special effects were crappy, Nicolas Cage is a terrible actor, and the plot doesn't even sound exciting, let alone original. I really don't see what's so terrific about it.
The new Pirates looks good, and I've heard rumors of the Bourne Ultimatum being released next summer. That sounds promising, along with Spiderman 3. But Ghost Rider?!? Come on people!
Nicholas Cage, a terrible actor?
He may not be one of the best, but I believe you would be in the extreme minority calling him terrible.

Hmm, because it's based on an already existing universe? How could you not want to see Ghost Rider? It's a heresy.
And ditto on what Nuts said for Cage.
Exactly, seen The Rock? It's just an action film but he's great in that.
Sorry, watched it last night, still liking.

Come now, 60 seconds was a great popcorn movie. I don't think anyone took it very seriously, but as cheesy flicks go, it was pretty damn decent.
Besides, the Stang was hawt!
