Howdy.
Here's a nice Ashworld tileset 64x192 that I made when I got home from school today. Making a map with Ashworld options is the most ANNOYING THING EVER... took me forever to get any ideas. But now here it is, all nice and shiny. :D
The map consists of a player main at the top and bottom, a winding path linking them, and several expos on the path. I made sure that the path was wide enough for skirmishes as well.
Comment please! Thanks.

This should probibly be moved to the Map Review Thread (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=16890).
He can have his own thread if he wishes to, that's what this forum is for. ;)

The map is nice and yes the Ash terrain is one of the hardest to work with (thus why I barely ever use it) there may be a few things that could be fixed. Mainly there should probably be bigger naturals and on any standard meele map thre should only be 8 mineral patches (you had 10). The design was pretty nice however there may be one or two points where ground travel may be ristricted so I'd look into makeing those areas a little wider. (not much but just a little. I often get screamed at for makeing areas that I think are fine that they say are "too small")

Look at the mineral formations from other maps, like Lost Temple and such. And the cliff is too narrow, you can block too easily and it would be too hard to attack up the base.

Well, it's hard to tell you without posting a pic (of which I currently do not have as of right now...) As Kismet said your mineral formations are a little off. They could work but it still would be better if they were like the origanals.
