Hacks are frowned upon. Don't hack, it hurts both you, and other people.

This is a friendly site and hacks aren't friendly. Don't talk about them and you shouldn't need to mention them.
Hacks aren’t allowed in this site.
Besides, everyone here wants to be better players, hacks don't help.

The site FAQ (http://www.warboards.org/faq.php?faq=faq_rules#faq_faq_rules_badtopics) says it all, I guess. :P You should spend some time reading it (http://www.warboards.org/faq.php?) too. *Hint, hint* ;)

You cannot discuss the use of hacks on this forum. We are strongly against using hacks because it creates an unfair advantage and destroys the point of the game. Plus, you can't use them on B.net.

Why would anyone want to use hacks? The only people who do use hacks on a regular basis are noobs who cheat to win. And since we do not believe in cheating to win on B.net we do not support that kind of subject here on Warboards. That said (and a good many times too) I think that we could have GD close this thread.

Because it gives them a false feeling of superiority. They think that using hacks makes them better than those who don't. They don't even realize that they just make themselves look bad by using such ridiculously noobish methods to win games.
