What type of games do you play?

What tye of games do you play? I play RTS, FPS, Action and TBS. What about you?

I play all of them...

avidly... mostly RTS, TBS, FPS, RPG and MMORPG.

I mainly play RPGs, but never turn down RTS or TBS (oops forgot to vote that). I have played quite a few FPS in my time but they are all so short and end up repeatitive, even MP gets boring. I like Amped and Amped 2 but don't play any other sims.

I absolutely hate RPGs. They are the most boring game genre in the world.

I don't want to spend hours of clicking in Diablo 2 for some Windforce or whatever which only leads me to hack and slash even more.

I don't want to also choose attack --> watch animation --> repeat until dead like in Japanese RPGs either.

And also, your genres don't make sense and bleed into each other quite easily. Action? Hack and slash? Name the difference.

Arcade? If I play MvC2, is that arcade?

Bleh, maybe I'm taking a simple poll too far.

Maybe i should give examples of each game type. RTS: Starcraft, Warcraft. TBS: Empire Earth, Worms. FPS: Quake, Unreal Tournament. RPG: The Godfather, GTA. MMORPG: World of Warcraft, Guild Wars. Hack& Slash: Diablo, Underworld. Action: GTA San Andreas. Adventure: Tomb Raider. Arcade: Mortal Kombat. Sims: NFS, NHL, NBA, FIFA, Singles etc. Hope that will make you understand what each genre is about so we won't have any more replies like reply number four(Revelade).
