The whole point of this thread is that me and my brother are making a Campiagn and we need a Programmer who can use arsenal or any other programs were you change unit stats and graphics. We need ideas aswell! Please join us!.
We currently finished the first mission and we need to change some units. If anyone wants to help for the Campiagn/Mod please PM me so that I can give you a job/Task to do. Anyone is welcome not only Programmers but any other poeple who can do something to do with Starcraft Modding!

Alright the thing is I have tested the Maps and they had some problems with the Al scripts amd I wonder if anyone else can make a good Al script. Can you tell me if you know any good Al Scrip maker? Thanks

Now I'm lost here. =/ You intend some modded AI scripts for the map or some existant AI script that suits better your needs? ;)

Do you have SCAIEdit (http://starcraft.org/downloads/CustomsDownloads/Expert/SCAIEdit%203.1)?
It has some tutorials and information you can learn from the help menu. If you need help making new ai scripts, I can help too.
