You don't even need a link >_>, it's like 3 threads above yours

Arsenal III/DatEdit edits the data files of SC, like unit properties and weapon damage.
Ice/IceCC edits the animations of SC, TblPad edits names.
Memgraph edits buttons, RetroGRP converts GRPs into BMPs for editing then back, I think.
MPQCompactor compiles your mod folder into an mpq file for usage, mpqdraft loads the raw mpqs so you can use them. WinMPQ can be used to extract certain files in an mpq , like graphics.

My WinMPQ isn't working. It says i'm missing VB40032.DDL and to re-install but i can't find an installation file.

You have to download Visual Basics 4 Runtime for WinMPQ to work - it should be downloadable from the Resource thread.
And since we're at this app trading sing a long... can anyone show me a free link of old and now unsupported 3D Max versions that are trial/free/shareware? (I ask this 'cause everywhere I look nowadays it's the same 30 days crap. :P) I'd sure appreciate it if someone dropped me a PM to keep it hush hush... and abidding the site's rules at the same time. ;)

simply use gmax (http://www.turbosquid.com/gmax), it's almost as good (though a little buggy) and it's free!
