how do i get to the data disk in teran campain on the confed staition
Wrong place, this should be in the debriefing section.
Usually I'd ignore it, but Inteleectual Rountable is very strict.

This should be level uh... 3? Where the Zerg is overswarming Tarsonis and Mengsk ask Jim to bust in a Confed Installiation before they leave the planet? Well, then... all you have to do is fight your way through a computer room somewhere in the middle of the map. You have to be teleoported near there. Once you reach the room, kill the guards near the door (there should be a couple Ghosts in there) and put Jim Raynor on the flashy becon near the computer.

NW NW(through door) Kill units, NW, Through door, NE, Enter door to SE and press button(Step on beacon) then go back to intersection. NE, NW, NE, NW, SW to lower ground, kill units, NW, Use teleporter, Go down south hallway all the way (SW SE SW) Go through door, there's men in that room. Kill them and grab the data disks (Step on beacon.)

Right, it is pretty hard to understand. Especially with the NW NE stuff. I mean, there is no North/South in SC is there? I think you should say go up or down. The map is easy to understand though.

North/South are the standard directions for a map. Maps are almost allways made as north up west left east right south down (unless you live in a certain australian country >.>)

Actually, when maps are isometric (diamond shaped tiles), north is usually the top right corner of the map. West would be top left, south bottom left, and east bottom right.

Why messing with simplicity itself? :P North is up in middle of map, South in the exact opposite direction, West for the left middle heads-up and East... well for East, I'll simply leave it to your imaginations. And NW, NE, SW n' SE are the mix between the above... as it's darned obvious. :)
