For some reason, when I saw the thread title I thought it read "Who is your favorite Canadian?" Now that my disappointment has passed, I can't quite decide on who to pick. I don't really watch much standup. Mostly I watch Jon Stewart on The Daily Show and various Carlos Mencia shows.

edit: looks like i was half wrong about the mexican. but he certainly isn't a 'beaner' and he's never lived in mexico and his parents never illegally crossed the border.

my favorite comedian is a Filipino, Rex Navarette. He makes all these stupid jokes about the Characteristics of us Filipinos. heh.

How do you know his mother didnt cross illegally?

Besides that he never said he lived in Mexico. Doesn't mean he never visited O_o.

lol. Doesn't change the fact that hes damn funny.

There are a couple comedians that sometimes show up on those Premium Blends/CC Presents shows that I like, but names escape me atm.

Richard Pryor, probably. I also like Lewis Black, but his act is so old and it never changes. He's like Henny Youngman without the one-liners.
