Battle Out Of Hell HOW?!

I just cant jump over this spot!! A friend told me there is somekind of double jump but i dont how to do it..
if someone knows how to get pass this PLEASE tell me!:cry:

Battle Out Of Hell is the Expansion of PainKiller, and this is the level called Colloseum, and the screenshot shows exactly the spot which i cant jump over, so im asking how can i jump over it so i can continue to the end of the level.;)

I remember that part....vagly. Was it crouch and then jump? Or step a lot back, run and jump, jump, jump jump jump. I think that was it. Been a long ass time though. Try the multiple jump trick. That part was frustrating though. sad tha game was so linear/boring.
