Birthday Alert?

Perhaps we should have one of those "birthday alert" tickers at the bottom of the index page (underneath the WarBoards.org Statistics ticker). It'd help to liven up the place, and reinforce the feeling that we are a unified group (Gogo Edgewize quoting!).

A forum that's a sub-forum of another. For example, the Tech Annex, Entertainment Compendium, and Intellectual Roundtable are all child forums of the Member's Lounge forum.
