The Godfather

I'm currently playing the Godfather on the Ps2. It is certainly a lot like GTA, but it has its own interesting aspects, namely extortion, rackets, and warehouses. I liked the story a lot too, although I felt that the number of missions was a bit low. But at least there's a lot to do between them.

Graphics are good too, especially facial models.

The only thing is, I've finished all the missions and most of the assasinations, and now I have to blow up all the family compounds. I've only done one family as of yet, but the exprience seems to be drying up now.

Anybody else playing or considering getting this game?

I've read the book and watched the movie for Film/Literature, and I was kind of sort of wanting to rent this game, just for the hell of it. However, I'm a bit leary of it- it is made by EA, afterall.

Take my advice- It's good. You may lose interest after finishing all the missions, but that's about 15 hours of play.

I really hoped it would be a copy of Mafia. Anyone played it ? :)
