I don't know if any of you report hackers with any regularity, but when the latest patches come out, I check my reported hackers to see if they've been reset. I've had numerous people's accounts reset, including:

Virus[CCCP]
Nix.Maiev

Will edit in more later. Feel free to add to this list.

The only people I've reported so far have been RT backstabbers. Its been quite a few months since I've done one, but I'll post one the next time it comes.

I dont think that RT backstabbers need to be reported because its a game, games are played for fun. And if thats how they get enjoyment out of the game then good for them.
I dont want to start a big debate about this, whoever tries to start something from this must be a person that plays game highly aggresively with no sleep and live with their parents :P

But In my time of Bnet (over now due to noone playing ladder anymore) i have not had to report anyone, but i have been in games with hackers where they have crashed the game and left a message in a WC folder in my HD....

Well it is no doubt great fun backstabbing for them. But for the people above that, like me, it ruins the fun altogether. And I don't want unnecessary losses coming up on my record. Its ironic, but there was a backstabber in an RT game I played today, but I can't remember the name and the ladder page seems to be down. :shiftyr:

I know this isn't on topic, but I'm really annoyed because I lost 5 games in a row today

OK: Here is a player I just found. No doubt he/she is a hacker, the stats are literally impossible.

lol nice, look at his last ladder game = N/A, he isnt ranked and he is using the first elf icon hhhhmmmmmm.........
I have seen these hacks before all they do is change the stats, not by hacking actuall games(which is a good thing)
There is/was hacks to change screen names which i found rather funny
I dont like hackers cause it does ruin games, and for backstabbing i used to get pissed but i cant say i havent done it.....
How active is WC3 RoC/TFT ladder games lately?(last time i check it was 10min wait for anygame, it was even hard to find decent UMS maps

First off, the account you posted was a bs account made by one of the blizzard staff members.

Second off if you play for stats and records then why do you RT?

As for hackers, ive reported a few "gosus" that have disc hacked or map hacked my ass.

It wasn't a bs account, it was made to test the icons to see if they worked. And yes, it's a Blizzard employee, not a hacker.

Its basically a bs account, -_-. Because no one actually played that many games on it or any games on it for that matter. Not to mention the name of the account gives it away.

Ah, ok. A Blizzard employee. :)

Btw, I only play RT sometimes, I play Solo by far more often (Level 25 solo but only level 12 in RT games).

Um, welcome to warboards. I would certainly suggest you stop playing CS, and you play warcraft 3 instead. :)

Good idea, do it quick.
I'm also a CS gosu, but I quit because too many hackers use auto aim, with 100% head shot rate, that ruin the game. sad.

Yeah, you would create a thread like this. ;)

My thoughts exactly. :)

Although I can't remember the names of most of the hackers I've reported, I remember one which was such a blatant maphack. It was a 3v3 Arranged Team game, I went Blademaster and without even knowing we had a Blademaster or were harrassing him, the Night-Elf player built a shop and used Dust just as I entered his base.

We laughed pretty hard.

LOL. I've set off dust randomly for the fun of it before, but have yet to catch a BM by it

I had a DL camping my base waiting for a BM that had already come by to harass me and used dust...got him. Of course, he started crying hack hack hack hack hackity hack hack which was just weird. It was very lucky, but not that lucky. But typically I can detect the very fine line between luck and someone reacting to what they're seeing. Generally once I think someone is hacking, I'll make a manuever that will force a response that they would by no stretch of the imagination happen to perform out of sheer happenstance. It nails them pretty consistently.

Yeah, you would manage to spam and troll with a one-liner like this. ;)
