Learning to draw

Yeah, as title says, I'm wondering if there's any good site with free tutorials on how to draw... I only find shit and some stuff but thats like "learn to draw manga". I don't wanna draw manga I wanna draw like hawt artwork ie when u win/lose a game on warcraft 3 it shows this awsesome picture of ie a shadow shaman and telling your scores... So, is there any good free tutorials for that? ( But if you got some nice manga tutorials post 'em too.. ah what the hell post all good tutorials on how to draw!! :D)

Not with Computers though, I mean by hand.
