Go here: http://portforward.com/cports.htm. Find your router's model name and number, example: "NeatGear CG14WG". It should be on the bottom of your router. Find the game you want to portforward and follow the rest of the intstructions.

I think you're out of luck then, as far as changing ports is concerned. Usually at a college you can't fix any of that stuff unless you ask the tech guy in charge of the network, and even then you'd be lucky if he screws with his ports just so you can get less lag on a game :\

I'm pretty sure they screwed the port to discourage WOW, so yeah, i guess I'm SOL
Once there was the Servaq Manager (http://starcraft.org/downloads/downloadbnet.shtml) app that allowed to do so for SC and it really was a tiny app made by one of the Blizz's SC programming crew member. But now with the latest patches (and that guy exiting the company) I doubt that it still works, although you can always try to see if it solves the issue. ;)
Add: Oh and if the link doesn't work tell/PM me and I'll dust my old apps back-up CD's to present ya copy for dl' easiness. :)

I'm guessing the link is dead. I would like to try this Servaq Manager.
