well ill ask the first question of the post where is a secure place to download a mod creator without eny atached viruses ( just in case ) for free ( im such a cheep ass ) :D but ya if you could help me id apreciate it :D

You can dl mod tools in the mods and mods depot, in the maps and mods resources.
Or you can download them at www.starcraft.org or www.staredit.net
