Browser incompatibilities?

Well, I spent a good 5-6 hours last night coding my website. Just then, I remebered to test it in IE, and tat was when I realize that the way IE rendered the code, it is completely destroyed.

So, I am asking you for help. Besides putting a friendly (USE FF OR DIE) note on the top of the screen, how can I code to make sure both browsers are happy?

NOTE: I am unable to use Javascript with this hosting package.

So, any help is greatly appreciated.

is the site online now? It would help if I could look at it first.

I strongly doubt your hosting package doesn't allow you to use javascript O.o That would be a very strange thing.
