anyone who is a good 3d renderer

I need a skull rendered for me, a spine, and skeleton hands to look like the picture below (as best as possible)

I have no idea how to use a 3d program to do something like this and the guy who was going to let us use his art decided to reneg on his offer :(

I'm producing a Megadeth tribute album and the guy who was gonna let us use his art renegged on his offer so with only less that 2 weeks left I have to make suitable cover art :(
