It's a voice over. Watch the body language of the hosts, they aren't at all surprised and the laughter is canned. I know of no shopping networks that have a live studio audience, do you?

The Internet is for Porn has been stuck in my head all day. I was humming it in class when a teacher asked me what it was. Well, I told her and she gave me the equivalent of a WTF. Ended up, I got to show the class the movie. Yes! Love it.

Could you imagine how boring it would be to sit during a shopping network broadcast? Live studio audience style? I'd gouge my eyes out!

It might have been a fake skit spoofing shopping channels on a late night show. That or fake. Still funny though.

Isn't it amazing when several people have already pointed out why they believe it's dubbed, and then more people come in and ask something along the lines of: "Hey, do you think it was dubbed?" -_-

And Modred saw the video and was humored, and it was good.

I don't think that it was over dubbed. Watch their mouths move, it fits the words their saying. It's also obvoius that they were trying to get him off the phone too, all hurried and such.

I wonder though, if they do use live studios audiances. Maybe they pay them...
