Ereshkigal - Goddess of Darkness

Ereshkigal, as some of you may know, is the Ancient Babylonian goddess of the underworld. Now, I've made a picture in MS Paint (my specialty) and I'm looking for criticism. This is the very first time I've done anything like this in paint. (First evil female nude). Take a look-see and tell me what you think!

Breasts need work (nipples, arrangement, size), right hand needs work, mouth / nose needs work, hair needs work, and hips/legs need work. Ultimately a good deal of these could be solved by getting out of MS Paint, because I think you may be limited as much by your medium as by your actual talent.
