can anyone help a newbie out please?

you gotta help me out guys...everyone in our place got this file called TitanAtlas.zip and also my friends told me that this stuff is cool, so i got one but when i' am starting on it,it suddenly hung and it stuck i dont know if it was installed in wrongways.please help me guys ^_^ thanks!

It *looks* like that addon requires that you already have it's prerequisite installed - Titan Panel.

But first, make sure you installed it correctly. You should have coppied the folder called TitanAtlas into your addons directory in your Interface folder - which is in your WoW program folder. Also, make sure you've deleted the old version of the atlas.

You can try installing Titan Panel, but it doesn't seem to say that you need it anywhere. Try it anyways:

If all else fails, delete your Interface folder and try again from scratch.
