i finally got my comp up, so i'de thought
i'de custmize it a bit so i'm trying to apply
a theme* but i dont know what to do with
a .suite file, can some one help me?

Did you download any application program? If my memory serves, Win customize is associated with Windows Blinds, which also needs to be downloaded to apply the theme.

You need WindowBlinds (http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/) to run it I believe (you can download it from that link).
