Indeed. Those of you that thought Orson Scott Card was done will be surprised (and I hope pleased) to discoever that he's planning a new book that ties together Children of the Mind and Shadow of the Giant entitled "Shadows in Flight" He's also planning another novel in the series entitled Ender in Exile: Ganges which takes place after Shadow of the Giant but isn't really a sequel to it.
I personally thought that the story of Ender and Bean was done, and was somewhat dissapointed. I've always especially been dissapointed in the inadequacy of the ending to Children of the Mind because we don't know what happens with the Descoladores and we don't find out what happens to the new Peter Wiggin in his quest to once again control all of humanity. Anyway, here's an interview where Card reveals his intention to continue the series:

I'm not sure how new this news is or whether this should be in the entertainment forum but it really surprised me and I wanted to get it out to anybody else that's interested. (i used the search and found nothing that included the new book or its title so i figured this thread would be reasonable)
Anyway, discuss....

EDIT:
After further research I've found that the new book has been known about for well over 6 months, but I hadn't heard about it yet so the thread stands :P
