OK, i can connect to battlenet, but there are various problems when connected to it. The major problem is that whenever i host a game, i get disconnected after about 20 seconds. Now this is obviously frustrating for both myself and the person/people in the game. Also, when joining a game, i tend to lag alot.
I can succesfully browse the web and use messengering services ok, but when it comes to battlenet my computer just seems to mess up. I think it could have something to do with the connection as i have one of these USB speedtouch modems which do not use ethernet.
I have downloaded all the correct patches for battlenet through the online service, and have been able to connect to battlenet succesfully in the past. I have 2meg broadband aswell so it shouldnt be a problem. Please help as it's driving me crazy. Chris.
P.S. I have tried reinstalling the modem software several times and run various dsl reports/tests etc. (I have also tried disabling my firewall to no success.)
