27 Crashed Servers?

Any of you have this problem?

First of all, isn't the Inquirer a tabloid? And second, I don't know about europe, but there hasn't been a mass server crash on that scale in the last 3 weeks, certainly not one where Blizzard had them down for 2-4 days... Also, the Ahn'Qiraj even the article refers to hasn't happened yet. And there aren't 27 test servers.
