I have a lvl 6 Orc Rogue on Wildhammer, and was wondering what the best skills for him to use would be.

I'm thinking about first aid for my primary, but have no clue what to get for secondary. Any thoughts? (is first aid good for primary? what's a good choice for secondary?)

First Aid is a secondary skill. That means you can get 2 other skills.

First Aid, Fishing, and Cooking are all able to be learned on all characters, even with two primary skills. Everything else is up in the air.

If you want to make your own armor, I suggest Leatherworking / Skinning, where skinning can fetch you money if you get low, or if you want to make weapons for yourself later, Blacksmithing / Mining is good. Another fun one to do is Herbalism / Alchemy. Rogues make their own poisons later, and Herbalism lets you get them without having to buy them.

Those are just some suggestions. It's really up to you.

You could also go the money route. Do herbalisim and skinning, and you can get a lot of gold to buy armour and weapons.

Herbalism/Alchemy is particularly good if you do a lot of solo stuff. Since once you max out, it'll allow you to get just that much better stats.

The best two trades for a rogue are mining/engineering. No one mines better then a rogue because they can get to nodes without having to fight their way too em, then they can mine the node and vanish away to another one.

And engineering benefits rogues the most both in pvp and pve because it is one of the only two classes that can use the jumper cables in combat (hunter as well.) The addition of more cc with engineering trinkets helps rogues be even more of an annoyance in pvp and especially aids them in 1v1 pvp and duel situations.

Tailoring/ enchanting is an exellent little money spinner.
Make robes, DE them, then sell the shards.

No offense, but there is really no feasible reason to become a tailor/enchanter especially since the low level shards don't sell for as much as the cloth is worth. Skinning is sort of worth it, or you could go like, herbalism/enchanting just to sell herbs and shards but tailor/enchant is only good if you plan on getting high level patterns like the bottomless bag and stuff and the droprate says you probably won't be that lucky.

It depends. If you wanna make stuff for yourself, either Mining/Blacksmithing, Mining/Engineering, or Skinner/Leatherworker.

However, if you REALLY wanna crank out the money, then Mining/Skinning or Skinning/Herbalist. Everytime time you see an animal, you kill it, skin it, and sell on AH. Same thing with Mining or herbs. If you see it, get it, then sell on AH. Money up the wazoo.

Or just go to DM and farm linen. It sells for 1g a stack on Cenarius >.>

Linen for 1g a stack is ridiculous, i could get 20 stacks in 15 minutes in rfc and blow up the whole economy.

The big cash crop on my server are herbs, especially dreamfoil, that stuff sells for a shitton.
