Well, I'll be making different sigs for ya'llz to give me constructive criticism on :P

I am using JASC Paint Shop Pro 9 for my works of art, lolz :P

Nice, but get rid of the wood grain background and blend yourself into the Protoss background.

Other than that, it looks great.

I agree, instead of bluring all the backgrounds together, try and crop each figure and then put them all on one unified background.

Next to step up to the plate is your text. I'm sorry but the "*^*ProtossChick99*^*" has some bad contrast in places. You can barely make out the first and last two "*"s. Try and figure out some way to make it stand out more -- maybe just keep the whole string of text purple? If you make it all purple then get rid of the backdrop of yellow.

Finally, make it smaller. Why? Because I said so :).

Well.. I like it, but the protoss zealot I guess it is, on teh right looks kinda pixelated.. mabye you upsized the image, thats never a good thing.

FYI: That sig is to wide (125x500 is the limit).

And, no offense, but adding yourself to your signature seems kind of odd.

Why not make a nice signature and then create yourself an avatar that goes with the sig that holds a picture of yourself?

Then again I really like your avatar as it is =P

Though you could always add your avatar to a signature >_<!

Anyhow, the sig need just one background, and... I dunno, it needs something to give it a little kick, maybe a border or something.

I like it so far, maybe instead of trying to make one unified background, just blend the current ones so that you can't see the [smooth] line between images. Also, maybe make the avatar match with a purple border :P

I'm not that anal about it. 35-40kb don't bug me, I only change sigs if they are obscenly big (ie: 85kb or greater // greater then 500x125).

And "one of mine" doesn't help in the least, I've got about 20 O_o;; lol.

Well, its a blue signature with "neo written on it". :P
But its only just a big bigger.


At any rate, Pc99's smaller siggy looks much better.

Well,I think your current sig is better than your last one,but,well,I don't know,the two Zealots look abit pixelated.Normally,I'd apply the Blur or Sharpen Filter in Photoshop to make it less pixelated.

edit: hmm, maybe you could make all four edges blended and reduce the double and triple purple lines to something thinner.

The one based of on the D.Archon image from the Blizz' pages with the purple effect on it is quite :cool:. Imo, it's the best of all presented so far.

How did ya did it? I'm very curious to know (as prob'ly will try to make some similar with another pic' perhaps for an avy). ;)

I really like that one, it's simple but still looks good. I'd suggest trimming a bit of the black of the sides (I'll show you what I mean below). Also, I'd change the "The Divine Favour of God" into a sans serif font so that it looks a bit better (or it may be the quality you saved it at which makes it seem pixely).

Yes. Though I'd still change the font for "The Divine Favour of God" so that it's a little more legible -- change it to Arial or something similar.

I dunno, I like the negative space that was suggested for editing. It gives the work much more contrast / significance. Cutting out all the negative space can sometimes make things too "busy" or hard to focus on. Frankly, if you want good sig advice, you should ask theGreatBrain. he can hook a brotha up.

I like it better actually, I'm not a big fan of your picture in your siggie, It screams VAIN to me. We've been over that one though i think. But me thinks this one is good. <ugg>
