I just started learning HTML in order to build my website (http://www.linktgf.kupatrix.org/index.html) and I want to add a frame where people can scroll thru and view all the old show playlists and I would also like to add a text input where people can leave comments (like a public guestbook) or a email submission form would be good also.
I've already done an email submission form before but it wouldn't allow me to send...
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me :)

I would avoid frames. Instead, use CSS (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=css+tutorial&btnG=Google+Search).
For your second predicament, it would appear that you are looking for a shoutbox (http://blog.jalenack.com/ajax/) system. There are plenty of them made already.
Iframes would work just fine.
Why is it that someone mentions frames and the answer is "OMG FRAMES SUXORS?!"
Frames can work extremely well, even more so if you use Iframes.

Darn you Link, I clicked the link to your website (everyone else is asleep) and my stupid speakers were on... almost woke someone <.<
Don't do that again :P
Anyhow, for the iframe size problem I am unsure how to solve that, wait till Neo comes through again and see if he can solve your problem.

hehehe *devilish laugh*
sorry bout that :(
hrmmm... I wish I knew HTML better
Simple, just set the width or its hiegth (omg i cant spell?) a certain amount of pixels (ie: width="300" or something).
While you can use percents (sometimes) it doesnt work on all browsers.
