pat and mpq

i've been struggling for some time with a mod i'm making. i'm making significant changes to the protoss in it. how do i get the pat. files i get from stargraft to work with the mpq files from arsenal three?

(i'm trying to make a dark templar hero who can use psionic storm and uncloak/cloak at will)

please enlighten me

First off, you won't get the cloak to ever work, sorry. It is internally determined based off Unit ID. But, I still will answer your question. Use Memgraft. There's a quick tutorial over at SME (http://www.smempire.org/) that explains how to use it. You can find the newest version in the post of the news thread at Staredit.net (http://www.staredit.net). Note, the news post is old and is closed. If you can't find it, tell me here and I'll put the actual link.
