How can i set the food limit to be more than 200 i hered you can set the units food cost to 0 but i dont know how to do it help please?

To set the unit food cost to 0, open Arsenal III's unit editor and change the 'food required' value for units to 0.
To set the food limit above 200 you need to hex SC with some uber voodoo powers that are not for download on this site.

another guy was asking the same thing,
so DoA hex edited it so now the supply is
500 instead of the normal of 200
