It also seems to 'jump', it seems to be in different places (left in forums, right on threads) from time to time, I lost it many times...

Duddits: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Below the "Currently Active Users Viewing this Thread" and above the "Similar Threads" bits is a "Forum Jump" drop-down menu.
