Warior Builds

Ok, I have just changed from a fury build to a protection build.
I'm finding it hard to adapt and I was hoping some of the more experienced players around her could give me some advice.
I have read quite a few sites, but some times I find myself feeling like a speak a completely different language to who ever wrote them.
I'm currently level 56 so I have 47 points to work with (not far off 57 now)

The build I currently have is this:-

Have I totally stuffed my build up?, or am I just not using it right?
I have to admit, at the moment I am really missing Mortal strike, sweeping strikes and impale. But everyone keeps paying out on me in game for not having a protection build yet, so I decided to do it.
Does anyone have any advice?
