Black bars of doom!

I have a problem . . . Whenever I load up Starcraft, the top of my screen is gone, and there are two black bars on the sides. I've re installed, changed my resolution, and I have the newest version. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oh yeah, I can move my mouse through the black bar on the left for some reason . . .

Has this always happened, or just a recent occurance?

Maybe the output the vide card is sending to your screen has shifted to the right (meaning some of it is off in unseeable regions), which would explain why you can move through the left side which is black. and the black bar on the right would be just the limit of your monitor.
